What oven sizes are available for which trailers? A: Every model can have a 100 (40”), 110 (44”) or a 120cm (48”) hearth installed on it. The exception is the Tailgate, which can only be outfitted with a 40” hearth based on the size of it’s platform.

We can fire cure your oven if you’d like *additional time will be needed.

Can the ovens be gas-assist? A: Yes but wood is so much more fun.

What about the bumps? A: We’ve gone the distance to ensure trailer stability and oven security. Safety is our paramount goal. We sourced the foundation of our business, the trailer, to one of the most experienced custom-trailer manufacturer in the country. All of our trailers meet NATM requirements, exceeding Federal Highway Safety Standards. We strive to eliminate our clients’ liability by creating the most stable product possible. Our tried and true design has more than 400,000 miles on it.

We can build what you need and assure you it is built to code. Is there a Warranty? A: Yes. Every model carries a five-years parts and labor warranty on the trailer. Forno Bravo ovens come with a 1-year warranty. With our new stucco process we can warranty your oven for 1-year as well. Within this period, if your trailer/oven needs hands-on attention, we will make arrangements to have a trained professional respond to handle the issue, even flying to your location if necessary.

Are we selling a franchise? A: No. We only set our clients up for success as much as possible by offering support and materials, the way a franchise would. The difference is that you are building a business all your own. With that comes complete control and resulting profit share as you build an asset. We offer tips on branding, designing catering menus and developing your own proprietary style of pizza, but there are no rules.

Does Rolling In The Dough have a business plan inside? A: Yes, the fact that you own the business manual will greatly expedite the process for you. It is very detailed and will act as a source of reference throughout your first year in business.

How do I place an order? A: It starts with an initial consultation We consult with you to determine which model best suits your needs and provide you with a proposal. Upon your approval, we send you a contract to sign and return. You then chose your trailer and stucco colors from two color swatch catalogs. If you desire a custom dome or oven finish, you have the option of working with our masons to design the oven you envision. A 50% advance deposit is required.

What is the turn around time for custom orders? A: Orders generally take 8 weeks to complete. Please note, a lot of preparation is needed for a successful event so the more time you give us and give yourself, the better. At least one-month preparation time is recommended. Unusual circumstances may extend the completion date beyond 8 weeks. The Cucina models may take up to 3 months.

How does the trailer get to me? A:We ship trailers anywhere in the United States and Canada. Shipping rates vary based on size, load of truck and delivery time. For the most economical shipping option, allow another week to two weeks after completion date. Trailers can also be picked up or we will send a driver to meet you half way.

What kinds of trucks ship these trailers? 1. Step Semi with ramps – we load your pizza trailer with a forklift onto a semi and the truck backs up to a loading dock on delivery no special equipment would be needed 2. Flatbed trailer with covers -your pizza trailer with a forklift and the customer would need it to be unloaded with a forklift – the forks must have at least an 8′ span 3. Wrecker with a roll off – not ideal but could work – forklift needed on both ends 4. Softside Trailer – forklift needed on both ends – same as above 5. Enclosed Trailer – can be done but very challenging, there will only be a few inches of clearance on either side once inside the trailer – 3 guys and a forklift needed on both ends 6. Customers are welcome to come and pick up their trailer in Colorado and drive them home – we build them so that they can be driven across the US.
